I don't either! I like to scoop up a tiny bit of everything on my plate and eat it in one bite.

I don't mind if my food mixes except for my rice - gotta keep that separate and "clean"! My DH thinks I'm crazy.

Nope! I usually put a little bit of everything on the fork at the same time anyway

Depends what it is. Dh loves mixing food.... shepherds pie and chicken pot pie are his favorite because it comes mixed for you.

I hate when my food touches but I'll still eat it. If I'm at home I'll use separate dishes for items with sauce or dressing.

@Ash: that is the ONLY food I allow to touch!
If my food touches I won't eat the part that touched. I'm known to get two plates and spread it out lol!

I don't usually care but the one food I do care about is when I get pancakes from McDonalds. I don't like how they put the sausage on top of the pancakes. I can't eat pancakes covered in sausage grease. I do love their sausages but not with my pancakes. It doesn't bother me too much because the remaining 2 pancakes is just a perfect amount of food for me. So it's all good.
ETA: Ok, when I'm at a buffet and I get something made with mayonnaise like macaroni salad or potato salad. I eat around the food if the mayonnaise dressing touches something sweet like fruit or my dessert. I don't know about you but not a fan of a cream puff with a side of mayonnaise. Yuck.
I think that's as picky as I get.

Only if the food items feel like they can make a serious life commitment to one another. Otherwise: no touching.
