I think I prefer Springing forward. I like waking up when it's bright out.

@NovBaby1112: I like the extra hour of sleep, too. Which I think is fall back. I think when you spring forward, you lose an hour of sleep.
In the fall, I do hate leaving work at 5 or 6p and it's already dark out.
So there are pros and cons to both.
I do like Spring forward because it reminds me that warmer weather is coming soon!
As for the poll, I'm on the fence. I voted I don't care.

Spring forward. Nothing more depressing then going to work when it's dark and leaving when it's dark.

I love gaining the hour in the fall. But I LOVE, love, LOVE the daylight lasting longer when we spring forward. I'm looking forward to late evening walks in the neighborhood.

We are in AZ, so we don't participate. It is a total pain calling family when they are 3 hours time difference, but other than that it really doesn't change much for me.

Its way easier to wake ds up for school when its light! Spring for sure!
