We actually have yet to purchase any apps for our girls! We don't have an iPad or any other tablet, but they do play our phones sometimes. We have a few free apps on there but that's it. I would love to get a few educational apps, but it's so hard to know which ones will get played and be worth the money. I guess that's why we haven't bought any yet!
Do you purchase apps for your LO's? Do you feel most of them are worth buying?

We're a sago mini test family so we get a lot of apps for free.
I've purchased a few, like more features for endless alphabet, that kind of thing but other than that not really.

I pay $5 a month for EPIC on my phone - both kids love it - it has videos, read to me books and books you read yourself.

I have paid for a few, mainly because I honestly don't supervise much if she has a device and the free ones I had downloaded had too many ads or too many places to get stuck as they tried to get you to upgrade the app. We only have a couple and I've been happy with all of them whereas I've been unhappy with almost every free one.

I've only purchased Endless Alphabet and Endless Reader for the kids, and I think it was worth it. LO1 has surpassed the level now, but LO2 is starting to pick up on it.

I don't buy apps, but we do have an Osmo...the apps are free, but you need the add on stuff otherwise you can't use them.

I bought DD Saga Mini (not all of them), Endless Reader, and the puzzle bundle in Buzzle.
