We don't put our number on them - just her name and the date. If you don't find labels you like, scotch tape and a sharpie work well, the sharpie won't wash off and the ink wont smear on your hands even if the label gets wet.:)

We just have her first name on her bottles. I was going to order some but ran out of time and just used our label maker.

I would just put her name. I wish I had done last name only so that I could use leftover labels for DD #2 but I didn't think about that then.
