I definitely read way more with #1! It's gotta hard because of lack of times and DD1 very rarely sits still long enough for a book anymore. Bedtime is just plain crazy but I need to find ways to bring reading back into our lives!

Not really less, as one of them is always dragging a book our way. Just differently- we do a group read after they get ready for bed, we each get to choose one book. I leave a few different books laying on the coffee table each day and each kiddo grabs a book every so often.

So far, yes, but that's mainly because Logan tends to nurse to sleep at night, whereas Xander had stopped earlier and so he'd get a story before bed! Once we're done nursing, I know we'll bring reading into the routine more.

No, about the same. DD2 loves books so I'll usually read a couple books to DD1 and a couple of books to DD2 while they're both sitting with me and listening.

My mom said she read a lot to me, but by the time my two brothers were born, she barely read to any of us. There were just not enough hours in the day.

Some days then and now we went without reading a single book but I definitely read more now that I have 2.
They have different interests, so they each bring me a few that that want read.

I read to DD2 but I don't incorporate it into our bedtime routine like I did with DD1. I'm always reading to DD1 so I'm hoping that it counts if DD2 is there.
