The Disney Afternoon thread made me think of this! I don't know if this show actually came on every day, but I feel like my sister and I used to do this in our living room every morning. It was so much fun!

I probably wouldn't have ever thought about this again unless you posted about it but yes!!! I loved this!
I also used to 'exercise' (I don't think I did most of it or anything right really) with my mom to her Jane Fonda tapes. I'll have to remind her about that one next time we talk

I don't remember this but DAMN Kellyn has some energy! Look at her go. They should still do stuff like this on Disney! (although they might and I may have no idea!!)

@lindseykaye: Ha! Gross sidenote: my DH told me his dad used to watch Jane Fonda on PBS while he just sat in the recliner. Eww.
