I don't think we do a good job of rotating through the clothes that we have. Lots of repeats!

I need to start rotating his 18 month clothes out for 24 months one. He's at that weird stage where he's outgrowing his 18 month pants, but isn't tall enough for the 24 months/2t ones. I have some 2t shorts for him. I'm waiting for it to get consistently warm, so he can wear them.

yes!!
I put away my DD's clothes in outfits - after I do laundry I make outfits with her remaining clothes THEN put the newly washed clothes in the drawers - does that make sense??
Buuuttttt...... she is starting to get picky so not sure how much longer it will last!
Def does not work for my 5 yr old!

Yes, some are on heavy rotation and others are less frequently rotated.

As my son has gotten older, I've purchased less and less stuff, so the things that he does have get worn regularly until they are just too crappy to keep in the rotation.

Not for D. For M he's got a ton right now so I put the stuff he's worn atthe bottom after they get washed.

Not really, I usually pick the first thing I find that matches for daycare...since those are her "play" clothes. For nicer weekend outfits I do make sure she wears everything we have!

I try and put the just washed ones in the back on the drawers. Use the ones in front first.

I try to make sure everything gets worn at least a couple of times! Things that are going to get rotated out (too small/wrong season), are left out on a shelf to get worn one more time.

Yes, I am very diligent at rotating DD's clothes so that everything gets worn as many times as possible. We go through a few outfit changes a day anyway because she is a super messy eater at the moment.
