Do you run or jog? I'm pretty content just walking. DH likes to run though.

I'm doing C25K right now, I don't like it, but it's a means to an end. I prefer to walk.

I love running! I've done seven 5Ks I think. I'm not fast by any means, but I enjoy it. I haven't ran much during this pregnancy though, except for a 5K at 11 weeks.

No, but I'd like to start. I'm a walker, DH is a runner.

I enjoy running, mostly if it's outside with husband though. Most I've ever done is a few half marathons. My husband is really into it though and is training for his first full marathon. Don't think I could run up to that level though. Usually I run 5-6x a week...anywhere from 5 to 10 miles. Sometimes at the gym, and then it's just pure torture. We're TTC for the first time now and something tells me I won't be able to keep it up at all during pregnancy!

I enjoy running even though I'm strictly subpar at it. I (used to) have great endurance. DH can always beat me in an all out sprint. I can always beat him on distance. I can plod forever! I can't wait to start back again now that my LO is here. It will be slow going, though!

No. I hate it. I've tried so many times to pick it up but I just despise every second. I much prefer to work out at the gym. I really wished I liked running though!

Yup, I'm a runner all the way. Though with this pregnancy I'm doing less. I did almost 20 miles of running and walking though on Saturday (over a long period of time) and I miss getting out on those long runs.

Pre-preg I was. I miss it now and can't wait to get back after the baby is born. I'd love to finally get my marathon.

HATE IT. I used to be able to run a 5k nbd, but it was never fun for me. Now I don't think I could run an entire mile. I'm going to stick to walking.

Only if something big and scary is chasing me!
My husband is a runner, I don't really get it. I did The Color Run 5k with him and our son in January and had a blast though!

Ugh, no! I am pretty sure I am just not built for it. I have never had less than a 9 or so minute mile.

Pre- pregnancy #1 I loved running. I still do. I miss it SO much!!

I don't like running, but I do it b/c it's the easiest way for me to get exercise these days. I run with the jogging stroller. I pick up DD from daycare in her stroller, and then we take a little run together before going home.

Nowadays, only if someone is chasing me.
I used to be a runner. Then, I got out of it and don't enjoy it as much ask used to. I'm a walker now.

@skibobrown do you have the bob? Are running strollers easy to jog with and smooth for the baby? Is it extra tiring because tou have to push something and do you have to maintain a lower speed? Do you need a lot of sidewalk space? So curious about these!

No, my knees can't handle it. I do enjoy walking and I do the elliptical every morning.

I used to be a big runner, but now that I've had 2 knee surgeries on my right knee, my doctor doesn't recommend me doing it any more (I'm missing about 2/3 of my cartilage now).

Yes and I love it. Still running 2x a week at 23 weeks pregnant. Although I'm a lot slower now than I used to be! It's just a great way for me to stay in shape. Not sure if I'll go back to doing races post baby though. It's just so time consuming.
