I try to support small, local businesses! Just bought our nephews gift at a local home-schooling/education/games store and made another purchase off etsy.
However I will admit I made a large haul on amazon for most gifts.
How about you?

We bought a majority of Christmas presents from a local toy store then more off of etsy (not local but support small business). We did buy a few things at target though.

So far I've got everything from my town. I get some things online sometimes, because we live in a super small town with not a lot of options, but I try to live by "put your money where your house is".
I work with small business owners on a daily basis, so people ordering online/across the border REALLY affects them.

I usually do, but this year, shopping with a baby sounds miserable. So if I can't get it online, it's probably not happening.

As much as I love to shop local, every single one of our Christmas purchases were from large chain stores or designer labels :S

I bought quite a few gifts from small businesses this year. I've also purchased gifts from Best Buy too though.

@Mrs. Pen: Ha! He'd be thrilled with it if it didn't involve getting in the carseat and if I'd let him crawl all over the store. He thinks the stroller is for babies with nothing better to do, and he has plans. I wear him in the Ergo often, but even that's getting short-lived at this point.

Not really. I buy a couple of things from etsy but, that's about it.

I try too but only succeed for like three gifts. Otherwise it was Amazon, Toys R Us and Target.
