5 months PP and though I've lost the baby weight...I still have muffin top, whereas I used to have a firm flat stomach. Granted I have not worked out much in the last few months courtesy of my son's killer 30 minute naps!
Do you still have muffin top? How far post-partum are you?
I just don't eat as good as I could anymore. It's so much easier to eat something crappy for me, than it is to fix myself something healthy. I need to find my motivation...
