I usually cut the session right before bed to 20-30 minutes because she can stay latched forever without actively nursing. She pops off herself during the daytime.

It depends if I wanted to get things done vs just wanting them to stay sleeping. Blake would stay latched on comfort nursing for hours and there were times that I'd let him just so he'd sleep and I'd read on my phone. But there were other times that I'd unlatch them once they started the sleep comfort suck and (try) to put them in their cribs.

I did if she was nursing to sleep and is pretty much asleep but didn't unlatch herself for whatever reason.
