I don't take any vitamins (haven't since stopping prenatal vitamins), but a friend suggested I start taking fish oil!
I do drink protein shakes after a workout.

Fish oil, sometimes a multivitamin, and calcium. And vitamin B (my body doesn't absorb it so I have to take a lot of it).
I also supplement with whey protein and Quest protein bars

I take 1000mg of magnesium a day. It was suggested by my neurologist when I was experiencing daily migraines - they've found that people with chronic migraines often have low magnesium levels.
I also take a post-natal vitamin.

I take a multi, folic acid, calcium +D and vegan omega 3 (derived from seaweed instead of fish, but same idea).

Prenatal and vitamin D. I used to take fish oil, but I'm having a hard time finding one without soy.

Iron, folic acid, and vit C to get me through the winter. I also drink Vega one nutritional shakes on a semi-regular basis and they are full of vitamins and minerals.

@IRunForFun: When he started me on the mag, he also started me on nortriptyline. I went from daily migraines to one every other month. After about 9 months, I weaned myself off the nortriptyline but continued taking the mag. Pre-pregnancy (3 years after all this started), I was having a migraine every 4-6 months. No migraines at all during pregnancy. And now at 13 months pp, they are starting up again, this time with my period. They'd never been hormonal before, but I am also still not taking my bc. I plan to go back on bc next month so hopefully I can also go back to my rare migraines.
So, to answer your question - yes!
