I dont reall think apple copied them, apple has had color ipods for a long time.

Nah.. I think making colorful phones was just the next step considering they went from black & then white. And like you said, they've had colored ipods forever.

Yeah I also think Nokia wants people to think apple copied them, but that wasnt really the case
