My mom is obsessed with my 7 month old and my MIL melts around my toddler. My brother doesn't have any kids and BIL's daughter spends most of her time with her other grandma.

I like to think DD is the favourite, but I don't know for sure. I know she's the fave on my side bc my sis doesn't have kids!

I don't think LO is my mom's favorite; that was apparent over the long weekend when we were home.
As for my ILs they have three grand daughters. I think it's pretty clear GD #1 is not MIL's fave. But not sure if LO is their fave either........I think she might be currently because they live near us. But MIL is wish washy so who knows.
She's not the first on either side so her chances are slim to be the favorite.

He's their first and only so far, but I think A and my dad share a special bond that will be irreplaceable. FIL is also prolly going to play favorites for sure with A

For FIL his favorite changes weekly. He once told me that LO would be lucky if she were as smart as my nephew....he was the golden one that week. -
I honestly can't tell if either my mom or my in laws have favorites. But I'm lucky to have pretty awesome parents/inlaws. Our LO is my mom's 7th grandkid and my inlaws 3rd.

Yepp and its definitely my son. For my parents he's the closest geographically so they get to see him a lot more. My MIL has 3 others that she also adores but she and DS are really close. And he has a huge bond with FIL as well...he's the only person DS will choose over daddy!

My parents definitely favor LMW, probably because my mom took care of her daily for the first 5 months and my dad is a sucker for the baby of the family (he's youngest of 9). Also it's pretty clear that Wagon Jr. looks/acts like Wagon Sr.'s side of the family. So in that vein, I think my MIL favors Wagon Jr. Although as the kids are getting older, it's all melding together I think.
ETA: I'm not sure in comparison to my niece and nephew... we're rarely all together.

L is definitely my dad's favorite. Not sure about the others.

He's the only on my side, so yes! He is also the only boy on DH's side, so he holds a special place there too!

She is one of 2 on DH's side, and I think she is not the favorite (though well loved anyway!).

Well, we are the only kids with grand kids on my IL's side, I think they favour L currently because they see him a lot more and he's new. So it's exciting. The other boys aren't around as much due to their psycho mom.
On my side of the family, my folks get to see L more often because my nephew lives far away. Although my mom would never ever admit to or knowingly show signs of favouritism. She tries to be as fair as fair can be!

My dad's favorite is probably my brother's baby.
My mom's favorite is definitely my sister' baby.
MIL definitely shows favoritism to SIL's daughter.
FIL shows favoritism towards our LO, that's probably why I make it a point to take her to visit him as often as possible. All grandparents try to be fair but it's pretty obvious which of the girls they prefer. Sad but true in our family

For my ILs yes, it's Evan. They've said as much.
They have four older grandsons, but they were very involved in my pregnancy, were in the room when he was born, and get to see him on a regular basis, all things they didn't/don't get with the others. They love the others to pieces but Ev is the favorite.

My IL's are great about equal treatment of all 3 grandsons. I think it really helps that the first grandchild actually turned out to be twins, so they have always been aware of spreading out the love and attention.
C is my parent's favorite... and only grandchild, so winner, winner, chicken dinner

She's the first and only for both our parents so... winner by default.
I'm my grandma's favourite, and I don't think it's really a secret. Sometimes I think my youngest cousin is going to edge me out... but then I had her first great grandbaby, so I'm pretty sure I'm back in first place. LOL

Dh's nephew is definitely the favorite in the in-laws eyes! They spoil him rotten, as in they buy him something new basically every week such as a new toy, or a lazy-boy chair. And they have only bought my lo a christmas present for last year. It bothers me and I wish there was more equality.

For now she's the only one. I hope they don't pick favorites, or at least don't make it so obvious.
