I used to be really smart. Straight A's in school, quick with come backs, etc.
Then I had kids.
I don't even know what day it is 90% of the time.

Depends. I did awesome in school... I would study my tush off the night before and then memorize everything, get an A on the test, and then forget the info right away. I got deans list all through college and grad school, but still I don't feel smart.

I think I'm a very hard worker, with a little bit of aptitude behind it.

Not really. I'm good at my job but in general I don't think I'm very smart or knowledgable in a lot of other areas.
