I have an app on my phone that tracks the start/end of my periods and calculates my fertile periods. I never thought about it before, but my cycle is 38 days. That sounds kind of long to me. How long are your cycles?

My cycle is 33 days on average. Lately it's been 35-37 though.

Mine are between 35 and 42 normally. It's all wonky at the moment though, thanks to BF'ing still. Hoping to get back to a consistent 35 day cycle soon!

I didn't know how long my cycles were until I started using an app to determine my fertile days too! My cycles are about 34 days long. Never used BC.

I'm three months off of birth control and my cycles have been 28/29 days so far! I'm shocked because before I started BCP I think I was more like 35 days.

hah I wish I had 38 day long cycles. My last two cycles were 41 and 51 days and I am on CD49 and no AF yet... no O either. :\
I heard more than 35 days is considered "long". 25-35 is considered normal.
Is your cycle consistently 38 days exactly? What is the average between cycles if you have data from more than one cycle?

Ugh. Mine used to be between 32 and 36 days pretty consistently, but they've gone crazy over the past 6 months or so. They've been 42 days, 59 days, 38 days, 60 days, etc. Frustrating.

I do, as much as possible, LOL! Pre-BC (ages 12 to 17), I was a fairly consistent 32-33 or so days. Then BC took over. Now, post-BC, I've been all over the place so I've been keeping track since we're TTC!

@pui: It was 38, 38 and 37 the past 3 months that I've been tracking it, and it looks like I'm on track for it to be 38 again this month.

On bcp, my cycles were always 28-29 days or so. This past month was my first off bcp and it was 36 days. I don't remember how long my cycles were before going on bcp 6 years ago, but I think it was about 28 days. So I don't know if this was just a longer, wonky cycle or if this will be my new normal!
ETA: I use FF

Before I got pregnant it was 27 days. Now I have no idea, since I haven't had a period yet.

@BabyBoecksMom: I do on FF. Pre-baby mine was towards 40+ days. Now it's even out at about 33-35 for the last two cycles!

Before I got pregnant, it was 27 days long. I don't know what it is now since I've had spotting from mini pill, no real period.

Yep, I remember telling my doctor when I was thinking about TTC and he asked how long my cycles were. I had no idea! So from that point onward, I have tracked - and I tell my friends who are wanting to TTC soon that they should, too. It's amazing how naive/uninformed I was, looking back.

Ugh mine have been ALL over the place since af returned! They were 25 days, 18 days, 39 days, & I'm currently on CD 25.

Honestly.... I have no idea. I'm assuming 28 days, but since I have always been on birth control where I get my period every 3 months and I've been lucky in getting pregnant pretty quick (just not as lucky in maintaining the pregnancy) so I never really had time to track.

Since AF has returned, it's been an average of 35 days. I was all over the place before I had LO!!
