We use it to get water off the lettuce/spinach. There are holes in the bottom so you couldn't use it for much else!

I have one but I never use it. I should throw it out, it just takes up space.

I got it as a wedding gift... it's one of those things I never would have bought for myself, but now that I have it - I LOVE IT! I just use it to wash and dry spinace and lettuce and I love how dry it gets it!

I use one when I remember. I do like how well I can wash my lettuce when I do use it.

I just used mine this afternoon to get excess water off my spinach leaves for my salad. It's a handy tool for me to have in the kitchen, and it's kinda fun to use! I could use the two bottom pieces separately too, one as a strainer, and the other as a bowl.

I love using ours to wash off spinach or lettuce. It's also great if you accidentally put too much dressing on a salad.

We had one growing up but I don't bother now. My MIL always uses a salad spinner too.... maybe it's generational thing for us?

We use one. Gets the water off the leaves. We don't use it for mixing. It's not really meant for that since the centripetal force pulls the leaves to the sides of the bowl and the water downwards. It wouldn't really mix much...

I buy a lot of my greens at a farmer's market so salad spinners are great for washing and drying the greens.

Yes. It takes up so much space but I can't live without it. Soggy salads are the worst!

Love mine! I have a sharper image one, so it's a salad spinner, bowl, strainer, and mandoline slicer! And something else (5-in-1) but I don't remember!

I only use it when I'm making a large salad (usually when company is over). Otherwise, I just shake my greens with my hands and call it a day.
