A lot of people seem to swear by the blue energy light boxes, and i'm debating getting one. Do you guys use it for those dark winter days? Did you notice a difference?

Following, too. These MN winters get loooooong. I love to open my curtain and get the light in the morning before I get out of bed, but pretty soon there won't be any light in the morning...or after I get out of work. Meh.

Once daylight savings hit, the days will be soooo short. And our winters are incredibly long!!

Every year I swear I'm gonna get one, and I never do....I don't do well in winter.

I don't but both my mom and sister get depressed if they don't use theirs.

I used one for the first time last winter, and I'll use it again this winter, but honestly, I couldn't really tell if it made a difference for me. I want to think it did, but I didn't notice anything drastic.

I'm thinking of getting one. It's getting dark earlier and earlier! Soon it'll be dark when I wake up and dark before DH gets home from work!

I saw this 2 years ago and have been thinking about getting one. It's pretty affordable (edit: at least they used to be)!

i tried one out a few years ago but did not feel like it did anything for me so i returned it. however i should note that i got one of the less expensive lights and maybe the light was not of the best quality--there were a lot of good reviews on amazon, but i felt like i was shining a plain old fluorescent lightbulb in my face.
