I think I used a tanning bed once in high school but was SO bored that I couldn't keep going to get tan for prom.
Were you/are you a tanning bed user?

I used them off and on in college but not really a fan. I burn really really easy so I have to be careful even in the no-burn beds. I agree that it was really boring and I don't like to be hot so that made it more unpleasant.

I did in high school and college. It was not smart. But I enjoyed the act of tanning, I would always put on music and be able to take a nap.

I used one once in college. My skin felt tight and uncomfortable afterwards and I didn't really see a difference, so I never tried it again.

Yes all throughout high school and college, and occasionally afterwards if I was in a wedding (and for my wedding.) I find it very relaxing, however for the future I will probably stick to spray tanning to avoid wrinkles!

Never have, never will! I'm as fair skinned as they come & had many bad sunburns when I was younger:( I don't tan really, I just burn. That & I worry about wrinkles & skin cancer, so I'll just get a spray tan if I need a tan for anything

I used to I went to them once or twice a week, on and off for a few years especially right before my wedding. Then last year I had a scare with a suspicious looking mole on my skin and I stopped going.

I used to during college. And then post-college I would to "get a base" going before vacations. I don't use them anymore.

I did about twice a week until I found out I had skin cancer. I have a huge scar on my leg from it now. I do miss laying out in the sun though.

Never have and never will! My mom has skin cancer - not from sun exposure/tanning, but still - so I avoid the sun/UV rays like the plague!

I'll be honest, I do use the tanning bed. Only a few weeks before vacation each year to get a base tan before the beach and that's it. I have never been a serial tanner... I don't want wrinkles and leathery skin!

Maybe 5 times in my life? All during high school or college. Now I just spray tan if I need a tan quickly for a wedding or something. I love spray tan : )

I buy a month of tanning about once a year.
For that month I go 3 times a week and it's usually in preparation for summer, vacation, prom (back in HS) or something like my wedding.
Last time I tanned was before my wedding (I bought a month) but since then I have been spray tanning twice.

I started in highschool to get tan for prom... then used it alot in college... and then some before my wedding... It's a bad habit... But after my wedding I decided that I wont go anymore... Glad I made that decision... a few weeks ago I saw this article floating around on facebook... Its much better to be pale and have great skin when you are older than tan now and look much older when you do age...

I used to! I tanned in preparation for our wedding and I'd go about 3 times a week (just building up the tan, that was never for the maximum amount of time). After the wedding I kept tanning off and on for about a month but I haven't since.
