Have one but rarely ever use it. I just dump scraps in the trash.

Yes! I grew up with one so I used to use it all the time.. but Wagon Sr. didn't grow up with one and he's always paranoid about it breaking or getting clogged. So I've gotten into the habit of throwing things in the trash instead.

Had a garbage disposal in the apartment and now have an even better one in the house. It's super helpful!

Not much. We have mandatory composting in my city, so we've got a bucket for food scraps that gets dumped into the big compost collection bin as necessary. I use the disposal for things that don't get eaten and go bad in the fridge and just seem too yucky for the compost bin, and there are always some bits and pieces that sneak down the drain while I'm doing food prep or washing dishes. So the disposal probably gets run 1-2x per week.

Never. We're actually planning on having it taken out. We prefer to compost or just throw the scraps out for squirrels.
