We have to vote, it's compulsory. If you don't vote and can't give a good reason ( ie out of the country, in hospital) then you get a fine! It helps that our elections are always on a Saturday so it's easier for people to get to a polling place. I can't imagine not voting!

YES, I always vote. Its our civic duty, and it's a pretty simple thing to do. It always makes me sad when turnout is like 40% and people complain it takes too much time to remember to vote, but you know 99% of people will find the time to complain.

Always in general elections and usually in primaries. I just missed our state's primary though because I was traveling on business and the trip was planned too late for me to get an absentee ballot.

I've voted in every election since I turned 18.

I would, but can't since I'm only a resident alien! DH votes though
