Way more - DH works mega long hours so we eat out only very occasionally as a family - esp since we had 2nd bub. But I do sneak in quite a few brunches and lunches with girlfriends who don't have babies yet - so the kid to adult ratio stays doable

We usually go out for dinner once a weekend and maybe lunch once, and then we are both "allowed" one eat out during the work week. I'm trying to cut it down to only 1 lunch a week no matter what, but I'm not getting rid of the one dinner, that is a break for me!

I love eating out! Obviously for cost reasons we limit it though. Some weeks we eat out more than others, depending on our work load. Lately we've been eating out/ordering in more often because we're so busy!

We have a fairly good balanace right now, tho I'd prefer to eat in a lil bit more. We usually eat in 4/5 days out of seven

I voted more - I could count on one hand the number of times we've gone out to eat alone (not as part of a big family dinner or birthday dinner with friends, etc) in the 3 years we've been married.

My kids are hard to feed so I would love to eat out more (pho places -- they LOVE), but I don't want to spend the money. I will say that 1 week a month, we never eat out. But for the other 3 weeks, we eat out 1 or 2 times a week.

Wow, the poll is exactly 50/50 now! Interesting....
When I eat out, I sometimes think I should be eating in and feel like I want to save money and when I eat in, I dream of eating out!

Less, but mainly doing it to save money. I could happily eat out every meal if my husband were ok with it We eat out 2x a week for dinner and 1-2 times for breakfast. For lunch it varies.
Of course lately with morning sickness, anything goes if it sounds good.

Way more, if budget allowed it! I don't mind cooking but I hate deciding what to cook and cleaning up after.

We eat out way, wayyyy more than we should. (More than our budget allows). It would save us a lot of $$ if we ate in more. We are just bad at meal planning when we get super busy.

I'm a pretty decent home cook, and I can't remember the last time I was happy with a restaurant meal (except our anniversary dinner a few weeks ago at a high end place). So I'm happy to keep cooking and saving our $ for a really nice meal out 1-2x/mo.
ETA: I didn't vote bc I'm happy w/our balance now.
