I usually do, but Olive is not a drooler, so I could probably just wash the sheet and be fine.

We only wash it if there's been an accident.

Um, I'm not sure I've ever washed the pad.
LO has never had a real accident in his crib, so there was never an immediate impetus, but now I'm kind of embarrassed to admit this (the washing part. not the no accident part) -
We wash it like 1:4 times unless it's dirty.

We wash when there's an accident or every few sheet changes, whichever comes first.
