I do with tights and boots. I bought a cute work dress in a green color that I never wear, but it's been too frigid cold (negative degrees).... I need it to warm up a bit so I can wear it to work...
Though ppl will think I'm interviewing for a new position/job being that dressed up!

Nope- its too darn cold!! its in the negatives with the wind chill...Although my work environment is super casual- so unless its a sundress in the spring/summer- it would be weird!

Yes, wearing one today with tights, boots, a cardigan, and scarf. It's cold today- was 16 when I left for work, but it's not too bad. I prefer dresses- less matching to have to do!

I wear dresses/skirts almost every day! It's 1 degree outside right now and I'm wearing a dress I wear them with tights, and I just wear my tall winter boots back and forth to work, then change into heels at work.

Yep, even yesterday in the NYC tundra. I actually find that my legs are colder when I'm just wearing jeans or trousers because with tights/boots my calves are wrapped in leather instead of fabric, and my coat covers nearly everything above that!

Yep! Can't do pants/jeggings allll winter lonnnng. I live in NY so it's supercold, but as long as I'm not outdoors the whole time, it's not that different from wearing pants.
A lot of times I actually prefer wearing dresses because I don't have to think about a top!

At least once a week! I have one on today with a blazer, black tights and boots. Dresses with tights are my go-to. Comfy, dressy, and I can still sit on the floor with my students.

All the time! People tend to think I'm crazy for going out in bare legs but it doesn't bother me at all. I am trying to love pants but 90% of the time I'm in a dress

Yep, dresscode at work says dresses/skirts for women. So I frequently wear fleece lined tights/leggings with dresses and boots.

Yes, but not this winter.....nothing that fits preggo and I can't imagine trying to find a maternity dress for work that I'd like, that just seems like too much work

Yes, I like to get a bit dressed up when I have the chance so in the winter I'm a fan of skirts and dresses with opaque tights.

Yep! I've found that long skirts with leggings or tights underneath are warmer than jeans or pants, even up here in MN. Layers and big ol' boots keep me warm, and I just store my dress shoes in my office.

I do, but it's not cold here by comparison. Today, I'm wearing a dress with a sweater over it, tights, and ankle boots. It was way easier than finding a clean pair of pants to wear, haha.

Yep, wearing one with tights today! And I'm in the Midwest so it's super cold here. I'm sort of limited on clothes at the moment though and dresses are easier to fit into with the bump!

But mine aren't particularly dressy...I jsut wear dresses and skirts for comfort. I wear them over leggings with boots in the winter.

I'm wearing one right now! But I live in SE Texas and it's sixty-some degrees out right now When I lived in NYC I still wore dresses with tights or leggings and boots. I don't like pants!

Sweater or long sleeved dresses with knit rights and boots, if it is chilly! Winters are pretty mellow here, though.

No way. I'm the girl who barely uses AC in the summer because I thrive in the heat. Winter is way too cold for me to wear a dress. I make up for it by wearing dresses to work almost everyday in the late spring and summer.

I lived in merino dresses and tunics paired with tights and boots when I was pregnant during winter! If I could nursing friendly dresses for winter I would definitely wear them
