I have horrible vision so glasses look terrible on me due to lens thickness (even with it shaved down and built in thinner lenses). I only wear them at night when I take out my contacts and get ready for bed. Plus, my vision was increasing at an alarming rate when I was younger that contacts were the only solution to slowing down the damage. Sad. Hubby wears glasses because he doesn't like the idea of "poking" his eyeball.

I had been wearing contacts religiously for the past ten years, but I just got a new pair of glasses so I'm trying to wear them more and give my eyes a rest. I still feel funny and out of sorts driving in my glasses though; it's distracting. That and the fact that I can't wear sunglasses with them on.

I wear contacts during the day. At night if I am not going anywhere else I will wear my glasses around the house to let my eyes breathe a little bit.

Contacts! I hate the way I look in glasses, so I never wear them out of the house!
