Normally I hate linen and totally avoid it because of the dreaded lap wrinkles. But I couldn't resist a really cute army green linen shirtdress a while ago and I'm wearing it today with leggings. It has a drawstring waist which makes the lap wrinkles a little less noticeable, but it's still driving me crazy.

I love the sound of that dress...that's exactly what I am looking for to wear over leggings...do share where you got it!
I tend to avoid linen, it's so stiff feeling, unless it is the washed linen.

@looch: I got it from off fifth (saks outlet) last year! I also tried on a SUPER CUTE denim (chambray? what's the difference) one at Gap a few months ago and almost bought it. But it wasn't on sale... and I just can't bring myself to buy Gap at retail! I used to work there.
Shirtdresses are tough for me because I've got big bazongas and small shoulders, so the buttons don't button or I look like a linebacker.

I hate ironing linen clothes only to have it wrinkle 5 minutes upon wearing it.

I just got a linen skirt from JCrew and I love it!!! but one wear and it is alllllll wrinkly..which also makes it a bit too short for this 6-weeks pp lady
the bad thing is I can't get the wrinkles out myself and I'm scared to ruin it so its at the cleaners already .boo.

I don't normally wear linen, however I love it on my furniture.
