Soo we've been married 1.5 months, and are settling back into the hum drum of daily life. My BM gave me a lingerie party, so I have tons of stuff (which I have subsequently learned DH thinks is "cute"), and I want to keep things interesting. However, I've discovered that I actually like wearing sexy panties everyday and lingerie for myself! Puts a little extra pep in my step, and DH doesn't mind! Do you wear lingerie? What brands do you like? I'm trying to find something other than the standard Victoria's Secret/Frederick's.

Haven't since lo came. None of it fits me anymore. I need to go shopping! I just shop at tj max, ross, etc. Dh doesn't care if its fancy.

The stuff I got for my wedding doesn't fit me anymore. I have grown like three cup sizes lol I tried some on for DH right before I had my son (two months ago) and he laughed lol
So no, i'm not wearing lingerie at the moment. But I will again. Working on losing weight so then I will get back into it.I like wearing cute/sexy matching panty/bra sets as opposed to actual lingerie (like nighties).
I check out a lot of sample sale websites since they do lots of specials on several different lingerie brands!

I love my lace trimmed animal print victoria's secret panties the most, and my Marie Jo and Simone Perelle bras are my favorites.
I generally spend around $100+ on my bras and $5-$15 on my panties....
I have only 3 pieces of sexy time only lingerie and I never wear it out because it is all sheer and with no support whatsoever. One is Betsey Johnson (babydoll), one is a fancy French brand and all lace and soooo nice, it makes me feel like a model, and the other is kind of... "dirty"--it's hot pink and ridiculous.
Oh, and 2 really nice corsets. I can wear the corsets under nice dresses, but usually just for the "bedroom" (or wherever in the house).Did I mention I LOVE lingerie?

PS it's really more for me than for him--it helps ME get in the mood--he could care less. Well... sort of, sometimes if he is missing all my hints, then the lingerie is the hint he never misses.

@pastemoo: Seriously! I used to only wear it for special occasions for him, but now I've started wearing it for ME. I don't know if it'll become an everyday thing, but I got sooo much stuff from my lingerie shower for the wedding, I now have a whole new wardrobe! I'm in a wedding next year, have tons of showers to go to, so I opened a Victoria's Secret store card yesterday just to buy the things in store, and turn around and pay them right off in store to start at least getting points for all these purchases I'm making there!
@blushink: DH LOVES thongs, but I don't. There's still cute bikini style/hiphugger/boyshort etc!

Don't wear thongs much anymore... I rarely wear any of the lingerie sets that I have from bridal/pre-wedding... but I do like my VS panties/tanga for daily wear

Not everyday, but sometimes! I certainly like lingerie and when I want to feel sexy, I'll wear some, but Hubs doesn't care one way or another, and I like the feel of cotton best.

I love lingerie. Sometimes it's just a bit too much, but I have undies that are half lace and half super soft microfiber that I wear pretty much everyday (I have 8 colours, no worries). Other than that, I have a few chemises I wear to bed, and some sexier stuff for when I feel like surprising the hubs. Nearly all of my stuff is from La Senza, La Vie En Rose, or Fancy Sox.

I wore all the stuff my girls gifted me at my bachelorette party during our honeymoon, but it all came off so fast! Plus, the hubby doesn't care much for it since he prefers to have "free access". LOL!
