No, I feel like it makes my fingers look stubby. Sometimes I'll put a clear coat to make them a little bit shiny or a really really really pale pink or peach on, but I hate the chipping and don't have the patience for upkeep.

Not usually, but my niece painted them this past weekend so I had to fix them a little. I already took it off though and that was the first time I had polish on my nails in years.

Only for special events like a wedding.

Never. My fingernails always chip immediately. I do try to keep polish on my toes though.

I like too but don't that often cause they chip. So unless I do gel nails, I usually skip it.

just got a shellac the other day-- i'll paint them at home every once in a while... in between manis, they're just bare

Normally no because of chipping, but when I do, I go for very light colors so when they do chip or my nail bed grows, it doesn't look hideous.
