I wore Olive facing out for the first time today. She loved it! I wonder if I should only wear her in though so that she's used to it. It's easier on my back to wear her in, and I think it's supposed to be better for their bodies too.
Charlie loved being worn out, and once I started wearing him out, I couldn't make the switch!

I only wore my LO in. Now I can't wear her anymore because she's too big and all that weight on my shoulders gives me migraines. But if I could I'd probably wear her out because I know she would love it.

I still only wear DS in at 10 months. I heard in is better so they have a way to hide if they get overstimulated. We saw this in action when we took DS to an aquarium. He tucked his head down when things got to be too much for him.

So far, I've only worn her in, but everyone tells me that wearing them outwards is so much more fun for the baby.

I plan to wear my baby facing in, the carrier we plan to buy only always you to wear the baby facing in, and I think the baby looks most comfortable when they are facing in.

On the front, she only faces in. We have the Beco Gemini and have the out option, but i'd rather not and she doesnt mind facing in all the time anyway. I figure she can face "out" when I master the back carry.

We have a ring sling, so kind of sideways. As an infant, I wore her tuckd against my chest. As she gained haead control but was still teeny, Id wear her out. Now, shes on my hip and can look out, and when its too much, she cuddles into my neck or chest and sleeps or closes her eyes

I love to wear DD (10 months) & do so almost everyday at home! She loves in in the late afternoons & early evenings especially as she settles down for the day. I wear her out & about sometimes, but honestly most of the time it's just a quick run in & run out type errand. I wear her at family gatherings because of overstimulation! And I wish I would have taken my ergo to a church function last week....really could have used it!

I have the Ergo so I wear her facing me. She faces out when we take her in her stroller.
