Charlie has eaten pasta al dente before, but tonight I made some gluten free pasta al dente and I think that was a step too far for Olive. In the future, I'll try overcooking her pasta more to see if she eats it better.

He hasn't tried true al dente pasta - we make a lot of whole wheat pasta, and I prefer that to be a little more cooked - but our nanny boils pasta to death, so I'm afraid he's going to get used to mushy pasta!

Over cooked. I don't really like it al dente but I don't like it mushy either!!

Gluten free stuff needs to be overcooked for sure. Regular pastas can be al dente.
