I saw this video a while back when it was being made, as part of a focus group. It told me a lot of interesting things about eating fish while pregnant (and feeding children fish), so I thought I would share it with you all.

It talks about the benefits of DHA versus the mercury... how much you should eat and some other stuff that is in fish that will supposedly counteract the effects of mercury. Super interesting, I thought.
