Have you used it yet? Have you had it for more than a couple of months? How is it holding up? Do you like it?

Our friends have it. It only lasted one summer, which was ok because her son pretty well out grew it by two years old. It's perfect for about 8/9 months to 18 months, though.

@mediagirl: I still have to blow ours up which will happen this weekend bc it's suppose to be warm.
@Honeybee: yea, M is 13 months now so I wouldn't expect it to fit her next summer either.

We don't, we wanted a pool big enough for dh and I to get in too.

We have it. Used it for the first time yesterday. Haven't used it long enough to know how well it holds up...I'm hoping to get two summers out of it. We'll see!

@mediagirl: i'm looking into getting a baby pool for our yard...how's this one holding up?

@buffalove: pretty good. We don't leave it outside, though. When we're done with it, we bring it in. I know @regberadaisy has it as well - do you leave it outside all summer?

We had the crab version last summer. It lasted three swims before it broke.

@buffalove: @mediagirl: yup, it's left outside. No issues and we've used it a handful of times already.

@Mrs. Jump Rope: yikes this is what i'm afraid of! did you end up with a different one?

Yup - we have it! We like it. It's a good size to let J play in it, be able to get out, etc. He hasn't used it much though, but it's held up fine.

@buffalove: and honestly? I would just get the $10 plastic pool from Walmart over this one. It's bigger, I can fit in it with her and she is more interested in it. Maybe because it's more wide open and easier to get in and out of?
This one is SUPER cute, though. That's what I love about it even if she won't go in it.

@buffalove: we bought a larger inflatable pool that's now lasted us two summers.
Honestly, Chloe loves this splash pad 10000x more. The pool is history.

This pool has been a lifesaver for me this summer. M is 9 months and just started crawling so she's pretty happy to just sit there in the shade in the water. We just had a heat wave the last few weeks and she spent an hour in it every afternoon. The shade has been key for us. I'm sure it'll be too small to be fun next summer but this year it's been the best purchase I've made.

@Mrs. Jump Rope: bahahah I remember IG about this.
Link? Might have to get this for next summer!

@Mrs. Jump Rope: That one is awesome! The other one is perfect for a baby but it probably wouldn't keep a toddler interested.

@Mrs. Jump Rope: nice! I'm going to keep my eye for end of season clearance! I better ask DH if we have a "air blowy thingie". hehe

@MrsF: She liked the baby pool -- we had the crab one, and also have this (http://www.target.com/p/manley-banzai-kids-splash-lagoon-pool/-/A-13918827#prodSlot=medium_1_19&term=baby+pool)
but then we turned on the sprinkler in the back yard, and the pool was HISTORY.
So i bought the splash pad... and now our bank account is history. the splash pad is a huuuuge hit, but the downside is that you have to keep the water running.
we're afraid of our next water bill!!

@regberadaisy: hahahahahaha an air compressor! was he a jerk or what?! i totally figured it out, btw.

@Mrs. Jump Rope: I knew you would, you're a smart chick!

@Mrs. Jump Rope: @regberadaisy: @mediagirl: thanks for all the feedback! we're usually over at my parents in-ground pool, but it would be fun to have something to play in at our own house too. DS is about to turn 1 and is SUPER busy....so I'm thinking the $10 hard plastic is prob a better bet so he can cruise around it.
totally want the splash pad too though! maybe someone will buy it for his birthday
