Are there any preggie ladies here that did NOT get a positive OPK the month they conceived?
Is it even possible to miss it, if you are using OPK's twice a day? I'm probably just scaring myself, but I'm just wondering if it's possible to ovulate, but not get a positive OPK.

That happened to me! I was getting so frustrated. I used OPK's religiously all month, twice a day, and never got anything close to a positive. I just got a BFP on Sunday though, so don't stress too much!

OPKs didn't work for me... I never got a positive one, no matter when I was POAS (OPK). I'm currently pregnant with twins with no interventions, so I was definitely ovulating! I have heard that some ladies just don't get positive OPKs - that's what I was told when I was freaking out!
Do you chart? That's how I knew I was ovulating!

I never got a positive OPK and my doc drew blood go check for ovulation and said I had ovulated but "not very well". Guess I ovulated enough because I'm due 9/16.

Never mind, just got a positive on my third test of the day!

I get super frustrated with OPK, mostly because, working from home and the amount of water I drink, it is impossible for me to hold it for more than an hour!! I've been doing them two times a day and FINALLY got a positive yesterday, which was really late for me. OPK are so cranky.. special time of day, special amount of urine, etc, etc.
That must have been really frustrating to not get one even testing 2x a day! Good luck!!
