I was considering signing up.

I have an account but I don't really use it. I was doing it for awhile but I found that it wasn't really worth my time
And a bunch of my points disappeared for no reason and they weren't able to help me.

It's super confusing. I have an account because I'm registered with BzzAgent- but I probably won't actually do anything with the points.
