We have one and due to the moisture of the cloth diapers the metal hinge on the second flap has rusted out. I googled it and saw that some people removed that second flap but I like that flap because it keep the stink out of the nursery.
Wondering if anyone has had this problem.

I bought it planning to use it with cloth diapers (because it had so many great reviews) but then we ended up not doing cloth. I have not had any issue with our disposable diapers in the Dekor though.

I have it and haven't seen any rust. I do notice the moisture though.

@Mrs. Pickle: I did buy my dekor used so maybe I'll contact the company to see if they have replacement spring hinges.
@Mrs.KMM: I actually bought 2 used dekors and I use one for disposable diaper or wipes or trash and the other is for cloth diapers. I have no issues with the one I use for regular trash.

We did for the first year, and didn't have this problem - maybe we didn't use it for cloth for long enough? But I agree that I did notice the inside of the bag was always damp (which...gross).

@erinbaderin: Yeah, I keep anti-bacterial wipes right next to it so I wipe it down every time I switch bags. I also, grab a cloth wipe to grab the bag so I'm not feeling the wetness. With twins, we fill up the diaper pail once a day.

We have it for cloth and love it. I find it contains a lot of AIO diapers and contains stink extremely well. We haven't had issues with rust, but I do let it air out sometimes on weekends when I notice moisture building up. I jam a prefold to force the lid to stay open for a few hours.

Hmm we've used it for cloth for over two years and haven't had this problem yet.
