Not really. I'm not a gassy person but it definitely keeps things moving! Quickly, I might add. lol

Oh my God, yes! Kashi cereal is the worst. My husband complains whenever I buy it.

Yep. I have been told to up the fiber for gd and its been interesting.

It's better if you up it gradually. If I do that I'm fine usually. I also have taken fiber supplements and can only take citrucel- Metamucil and the rest make me so gassy.

I used to love fiber one granola bars, but I had to stop buying/eating them because they made me so tooty.
