I would say yes! That's how my boob felt yesterday!
Mine didn't hurt at first but as the day progressed when I wasn't getting it unplugged it started to hurt.heat, massage, and nurse/pump lots! (try dangle feeding too... where you lay baby on their back & you "hang" over them to nurse)

I can feel my ducts even when they aren't clogged. Does it move around or is it hard to move? My dr. said when they're clogged they don't move freely under your fingers. Hth!
