I'm just curious if what you wear to bed can effect your temp. I woke up this morning and was hot from the blankets, etc. Just curious

Not very much, but it can have a small effect....I'd say .2 or less.

I've heard that having the AC/Heater on, or extra blankets, can push your temp up a little, as PP said, maybe .2 degrees. It shouldn't have too much of an effect, even if it pushes you slightly over your coverline, the next day it would probably place you back under.

I don't think it would make any discernible difference. I charted for well over a year through all four seasons and the number of blankets, or type of pjs I wore did not make a difference.
