My almost 2yo has a decent vocab (100+ words, starting to string together simple 2-3 word phrases). We are bilingual and she's definitely on the slower side when it comes to language.

There are times when she will still babble and say a lot of gibberish. It's usually when she is "talking" on the phone to the grandparents or telling me about her day or reading a book. Is this normal? When do toddlers typically stop babbling and only use real, actual words?
