This seems like something that would be expected to me - babies need love, food and sleep. Part of that love is keeping them clean, right? A friend recently told me that more often than not when she goes to pick up her 7 month old, the babies in the room have snot dripping down their faces. She picked up her daughter one day because she was told she had pink eye. When she got there, both of her baby's eyes were crusted shut and there was goop dripping down her face. She took her into the bathroom, put a warm cloth on her face and voila, baby looked fine. Is that not just general care??

Does your childcare clean the baby's faces?? What would you do if you found your baby like this and see other babies like this more often than not?

And I should mention she is pulling her girls from this childcare at the end of the school year but can't do it until then.
