Some companies I've researched have an adoption policy in their company handbook, they provide some assistance (financial) for adoption.

Yup, $10,000 towards expenses + 35 weeks paid leave (Canada, so some of that leave is government paid)

i was actually just looking at DH's new company's handbook and while there is a insurance policy that has some infertility coverage, i didn't see anything about adoption costs.

I think my previous company did although I don't recall how much. Both moms and dads also got a parental leave.

Yes - they give full time employees $5,000 to help offset the costs of an adoption and part time employees $2,500.

Nope, but I've suggested it to HR because we would like to adopt in the future. Maybe they will implement it?

Yes - $5000 for full time employees and then 13 weeks FMLA leave (unpaid though)

Yes, I think it is $5k. They also offer $5k towards infertility treatments (on top of the insurance that covers up to $10k).

I just googled it, and apparently my husband's company has "adoption assistance" but it doesn't say what it is or how much.

Yes, 5k toward expenses upon completion and fmla time. Maybe m/paternity leave, but I can't remember.

Yes! I'm not sure how much, but I know this is one of our benefits.

Yes, I just discovered it, they reimburse up to 3K in one calendar year. There are a few stipulations on it (can't be to adopt a family member or a spouses' child, ect.)

I vaguely remember them discussing it at our Benefits presentation but I had to look it up to be sure.
My company reimburses upto $5K for adoption costs. Hmmm, not bad. That could have helped sway us when we were thinking about going the adoption route. Darn. Wish I had known.

We aren't looking into adoption at the moment, but I found out the other day that we have a $5,000 reimbursement after the adoption is finalized.
We can also take FMLA time for adoptions, but that time wouldn't be paid unless you used a lot of saved up PTO time.

I don't know the details since it isn't something that we've looked into personally, but I'm pretty sure my company offers a reimbursement of $5000 or $10,000.
