Does your DH/SO keep changing his mind about another baby?
How have you decided or come to an agreement about it?

Yes! So frustrating! He pushed for us to try before I originally planned to, I reluctantly came around got pregnant the first try and then had a miscarriage pretty much right after I got excited about the pregnancy. Now he's terrified of going through that again and feeling like the gap between our kids is going to be so big that he feels like one might be a better choice. Meanwhile, I have mega baby fever now. Thankfully, for right now he's good with continuing to try but he gets a little skittish when I talk about another child.

He definitely for awhile wasn't sure if he wanted a second, but when he realized he wanted to try for a son, he got on board, lol.

Nope. He's pretty much always wanted another, but would be okay just stikcing with our one. We agreed to one prior to getting engaged. I'm the one that's on the fence about another, though likely going to stick with one. We have just left it that we aren't trying and if I decide I want to try for another, we'll start then.

Before DD was born I wanted to be one and done while he wanted at least two. After she was born I desperately wanted another while he thought he was done. DD is almost 2 - I would still like another and DH keeps changing his mind. Currently he says he doesn't want another but also doesn't want to sell/get rid of the baby gear.
It's frustrating to say the least. I'm open to a large age gap, up to 5ish years, so I'm not worried about that aspect. I just want to know if I should mentally move past the baby stage. We've decided not to talk about it until DD is 3.

We waffled back and forth about timing for a while- DH had baby fever and I didn't. We had always wanted two, so I decided to just get my IUD removed and go for it. I had an early miscarriage at 6 weeks last year. It was right before Christmas and then DH decided he wanted to wait a few more months... God had other plans and we got pregnant with #2 pretty much right away- she was born 11/8!!

I wish! At least then I could be hopeful that he would change his mind. I still really want a second LO, but my DH is still completely set on being one and done
