My boy dog can wriggle out of his car harness so we've resorted to tying his lead to the seatbelt to keep him in place.

Currently no because he insists on sitting on my lap. However I plan on eventually getting him in to a dog "car seat"/car bed with a harness/seat belt.

No but she probably needs one. She likes to sit in the front passenger seat like a person and DH lets her.

Nope, she rides in the way back and either lays down or looks out the rear window.
