Or is dinner the last food they get until breakfast the next day? I always grew up getting a bedtime snack so my older LO will typically get a snack sometime after dinner but before bed. It varies from an apple to popcorn, or sometimes something sweet like ice cream.

Dinner is the last thing she eats before bed. It's only an hour from when we start dinner to when she's in bed though. I guess that will likely change as she gets older.

We always do a bedtime snack, but we do an early dinner and a fairly late bedtime. The snack is usually fruit, which my daughter can pretty much eat in unlimited quantities anyway.

No. Dinner is at 6:30, bedtime is 7:30 so, no time for a snack.

Nope. Dinner is at 6 then bath at 7 and bedtime at 730. No time for a snack. On the off day that dinner is early maybe some fruits but that's it.

Nope. Dinner usually at 6 (but it takes him for.ev.er to eat it). Bedtime routine starts at 7:10. Sometimes he gets dessert, but that's not to fill him up, it's just if we're out or have people over.

Only if he ate a small dinner, which has only happened twice so far. Then we did some peanut butter toast or some banana and offered it with his milk before bedtime.

Same as others- not enough time. But she does nurse before bed still so I feel like that tops her up if she didn't eat enough at dinner.

No, because I can see my LO leveraging that into another way to not eat dinner - if she knew she would get a more desirable item later. Plus, there isn't time.

D does. He can have one snack of whatever is in the house before bed. M's bedtime snack is still breastmilk.

Once in awhile if dinner time went badly! I want her to sleep and she won't if she's hungry. But generally, it's dinner - bath - bed, or dinner - bed so not much time

DD1 - yes, usually crackers.
DD2 - no, she's good with dinner, she's my good eater so far *knock on wood* -
if she didn't finish her fruit from dinner I'll put it in a little bowl and she might have a few bites before we head upstairs for her bath. Or every once in awhile she'll get a little treat - like one cookie or a piece of chocolate but that's pretty rare.

Not often. Last night I busted out a yogurt pop to eat and knew it would end with me sharing with her. We ate at 5:30, gave her a bath, and she had a few bites before bed. But usually, no, because I want her to eat her dinner!

We eat dinner around 5:30pm - if they don't finish then that will be their snack at 7pm - if they did finish they get a small snack before bed - fruit, oatmeal, granola bar, bowl of cereal, etc
If they want ice cream or a popsicle I do that right after dinner and then no other snacks

Yes, even though he has basically just eaten dinner! We have dinner at 6ish, bath, then he always asks for a snack after!!
