@T.H.O.U.: @betsyboop: We solved the issue. The cover we have actually lets you fit it over the stroller before you put your kid in. I should have known! Plus, i didn't peel off the window stickers so it was pretty dark when i covered it over LO. Seriously, i'm so dumb. I set it up last night, and today she had no problems. She was okay with me zipping the cover over it.

@LovelyPlum: I actually really love the cover. I use it over the Uppababy G-Luxe umbrella stroller, and i'm pretty sure i can stretch it over the BOB Revolution. There are air vents on the sides, and a window that you can zip up. You can see some better pictures on the link. Even though it's a bit pricey, the quality is worth it! I was thinking about getting the BOB cover that's almost double the price but wanted one that was more versatile.
