Yup our older daughter has one. She isn't huge into dolls (even though she keeps asking for them and not playing with them!).

DD just got one for Christmas. She's very interested in it but hasn't really done much other than hugging/kissing "baby" and dancing with it to her songs.

DH discovered that she gets jealous if he hugs/holds baby, which he thinks is hilarious!

yep. she loves it. got it just before 2. build a bear clothes also work for them! she has anna's outfit for her.

Yes but she doesn't know it's different from any other of her baby dolls. We haven't bought any clothes or accessories. DD prefers her dolls to be naked and will yell at you if you try to dress them. Her grandma gave it to her last Christmas, when she was 2.5.

Both of my girls have one. They have a onesie, an extra outfit, a diaper, and a bottle for each of them. They are 2 and 3.5.

They each received one as a gift from my MIL when they were babies themselves. Every year she mtakes them to the flagship store for lunch and gets them an outfit for the doll and the corresponding outfit for them. We have off brand accessories like a Target stroller and M&D diaper bag.
