My 3.5 year old has so much stuff in her bed it's unreal, I don't know how she even has space to sleep. Stuffed animals, blankets, toys....LO2 I try and limit things because she doesn't get it yet, but I'm sure someday she will insist on sleeping with everything she owns!

DD is still in a crib and at any given time she has at least 4 blankets, 2 lovey blankets, 2 dolls, 2-3 stuffed animals and elf on the shelf (don't ask - I don't know the answer!) it's absurd!

Yes! So many stuffed animals, blankets, pillows... and before I go in and give her a tuck and a kiss, I have to get about 20 books out of there too.

She's still in a crib, and there are like 3-4 loveys, 3-4 bigger stuffed animals, 1-2 blankets, and a pillow. plus a little mirror thing that's tied to the rails. so much stuff! she likes to stuff it all underneath her body when she's falling asleep

Yes! She'll sleep with at least 3 stuffed animals a night, but usually closer to 10! Then there's her two blankets and sometimes she requests a book

@nana87: mine stuffs it all under her too! She uses one of her dolls as a pillow lol. But freaks out when i try to give her an actual pillow!

@catomd00: lo does everything with her pillow EXCEPT put her head on it, lol. the other night, dh came out of her room laughing because she had put the pillow on top of her body...

Yep, she has a pillow, blanket, and about a dozen stuffed animals of various sizes. And occasionally a book or two.

No! He is 2 and so picky about things in his crib! He has a keep sack (refuses blankets!!), a wubbanub (hasn't used since he was 6 months), a lovey that he doesn't touch and a stuffed lion he loves.

Not anymore. At 3.5 she doesn't seem to "need" to sleep with anything and if anything is near her feet, she kicks it off the bed. She likes her space.

about 6-8 stuffed animals. 2 blankets, a comforter, a cup of milk. I tell him he can't have toys or books in his bed.

DS is too young for anything in his crib yet but I always thought my friends' pictures of their toddlers beds piled with toys were adorable and endearing!

Lol omg yes. She just turned three. She HAS to have her kitty comforter, "big blankie", "picnic blankie"(no idea why she called it this, it's just a blanket!), "little blankie", three pillows, pillow pet pig, then for stuffed animals she has to have Mickey, Minnie, Daisy, and Nemo (aka her Disney crew). There's also usually a wild card in there. Also, sometimes she needs two "little blankies"(a&a swaddle blankets). As long as she sleeps I don't care!

I was going to say yes till I read everyone else's replies. DS sleeps with 1 blanket, 1 lovey and 3-4 books in his crib. Going to bed with books has both eased the falling asleep process and keeps him happy in the morning longer

Yup. 4.5 yo with a full sized bed and so much stuff. Most of the time her head isn't on a pillow and she refuses to cover with a sheet. Prefers a fuzzy blanket or ten.

Yes, she crafts a "house" with a border of stuffed animals. She has about 7 books inside that border. Two blankets and a full backpack. I have no idea what is in that backpack.

@Purpledaisy: love the blanket names! ALL of DDs blankets are pink, but her two favorites (both pink) are named pink blanket and other blanket lol. I had to give DH a lesson on which one was pink blanket after she flipped on him for not understanding what one she wanted lol.

So much stuff! Four or five blankets, maybe 30 stuffed animals, several plastic toys (like Little People, beach shovels), two water bottles and a dozen books. It's ridiculous.

Basically every stuffed animal, a book, and usually a car or tractor.

DS is 18 months and so far he just has a small stuffed animal menagerie, but there are enough to elicit a "roll call" before bed: a large Elmo, a bla-bla dog (called dog-dog), a fox lovey (also called dog-dog), a largeish jellycat elephant (DS calls him by an elephant trumpeting noise), and an Angel Dear raccoon pillow thing ("tat" aka cat).

yep! she brought in two of her magiclip princesses tonight and while we were cuddling, one poked me. so uncomfortable! i don't know how she does it.
