LO loves to play with Play-Doh! We only bring it out a few times a week so that she doesn't get bored with it too quickly. Does your LO enjoy playing with Play-Doh?

@yellowbird: haha oh no! A never really puts anything in her mouth even other toys, so we got lucky with that one!

Every kid I've ever watched has LOVED playing with it. In fact, current nanny-lo is playing with it right now

@autumnlove: I only let her have one color at a time, I'm such a boring mommy

Yes, loves it! But he does get bored with it quickly like every other toy!

Yep our house is pretty much a play-doh explosion! I hate cleaning up after the play-doh and try to close all the containers as soon as I can so it doesn't dry out.

We haven't tried it yet. We made slime and he wasn't that into it, so I think it would be the same for play doh at this point.

Gahhh my pre-k kids are OBSESSED with play-doh! I always come home with some stuck to me somewhere (just found some on my shoes).

Not really. We got our play doh in a pack with tools to play with, she enjoys pulling all the tools out of the container and putting them in rather then the actual play doh.

No She hates it! I put it out for her and she squawks and squeals ( in a bad way lol) and refuses to even touch it.

she liked playing with it right after she turned 2. we went through all of her play dough within a couple months and I haven't bought more.

My son loves it. I keep a big bin of cans and tools at the kitchen table. he can get it himself.
I only have one rule, and that is what he throws on the floor, goes in the garbage. I just let it dry and sweep it up!

My 2.5 year old loves it! I made some about 6 months ago and it just started to dry out. Need to make a new batch soon.

D1 just likes to squish it in her hand but doesn't actually make or attempt to "make" anything.

Yup at 20 months he plays with it every other day when I do the morning dishes (he 'colors' the other days). He's been playing with the same yellow and blue colors (and green now ) for months - I've been thinking of taking the blue and green away and adding red so we can make orange. He got a huge set with 24 big cans for Christmas. He does lose interest after about 15 mins though.

C is 18.5 months, but we haven't introduced it yet. I'm afraid she's going to eat it! I might pick some up todaybecause we're going on a weekend trip and I want her to play if bored (and not watch the emergency Bubble Guppies dvd we bought!).

Yes but I hate it. Absolutely hate it! It drives me insane when they mix the colors and then just leave it there to dry. And worse when I step on one of the dried up teeny pieces. But I still let them play with it anyway b/c they love it.
