LO is 11 months old and for the past few poops (yesterday and today), she's pooped in her diaper immediately after a changing. She would have wet, wet diaper, I'd change her, then a minute later, she would have a big poo.
Cute but weird!
Does your LO only poop in a fresh diaper? What do you think it is??

Oh! Elimination communication--can you set her on the potty after changing her?

@Rubies: Ha. Yes! I thought Baby Jumper was the only one. Even as a newborn, she'd wet one diaper... then wait for us to change it to poop. Sometimes, if it was a really big poop, she'd soil one diaper... let us change her... then finish pooping.
She's 8 months old and still only poops in a fresh diaper.

I have taken care of a lot of diaper aged kids and just recently started with one who does this! It really got me in the beginning because I would change him and then we would head to the car or I would put him down for a nap and sure enough he would poop!
