I have such fond memories of playing in the dirt for hours as a child. My LO has enjoyed playing in the dirt ever since he's been able to pull himself up into our retaining walls.
Do you let your LO play in the dirt and do they enjoy it?

He doesn't really have much interest in playing with the dirt but if he does, I'll let him. That's what baths are for!
He loves jumping in puddles, though, and even more when I jump in them too and splash him!

Yeah they like playing in the dirt when we go to the park. I hate it, but I let them. But my son is funny. After playing, he's like eeee, like dirty, please clean it for me. But then, he'll go back and get it dirty after I wipe his hands.

Yes. Pretty much plays with the dirt, rocks, and gravel in our drive way every day!

Ha ha, I WANT to be a mum who lets her. But right now I'm all "ewww, there's dirty on my baby!" so I'm hoping to loosen up about it. She's only 14 months though so everything goes in her mouth.

Yes! But that makes me try to only do outside playing after dinner so he can go straight to bath + bed, since he gets disgusting.

A month or so ago, my husband & I let him play in a dirt hole (dug curtesy of the dog) for about 40 minutes while we did yard work. He LOVED it & I'm sure can't wait for a warm day to do it again

We went camping when he was 17 months old. There was lots of dirt involved

I would love to let her, but right now we're in an apartment complex where every inch of outdoor space gets sprayed with nasty chemicals every week. I let her play in my grandparents yard though.

I imagine that once this snow is gone outside, she will. We did a lot of tummy time and sitting in the grass this summer/fall, but she was a bit too young for actual dirt playing.
Currently she just plays in the dirt in my apartment.
